General Policies
ALL LESSONS must be PAID IN ADVANCE to reserve a time slot.
ALL LESSONS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Late Payment: Lessons will be suspended until lessons are paid and time slot will be forfeited.
Missing Lesson Policy
Regular attendance is expected of all students. Students are responsible for all lessons payment for which they register, including missed lessons through student ABSENCE. Notification of inability to attend a lesson does NOT excuse or waive payment for the lesson.
If a student will be MISSING their lesson for any reason, please be courteous and inform us by text or email, with as much notice as possible and as soon as possible (ideally 24 hr prior to the lesson). Virtual lessons are offered during their lesson time in cases of mild illness or inclement weather.
Substitute teachers will be arranged when the regular teacher is absent. If a substitute teacher is not able to be arranged, all lessons cancelled by the teacher will be made up at a time convenient to both student and teacher. If a suitable time cannot be arranged, the credit will be carried over.
Withdrawl Policy
2 weeks’ notice is required for withdrawal lessons as courtesy. All or remaining lessons are still NON-REFUNDABLE.
